Course Fees and Ways
of Paying
The online price of the course will be clearly displayed and will not
contain any hidden extras or taxes.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted such as Mastercard, Visa,
Switch, or you can pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to The
IAPH and sent along with your application form to the following address:

Please note the online application form does
not rest on a secure server, and if in doubt about submitting payment
you are advised to print off and fax the IAPH your application form, 24

Your Right to Cancel
Our cancellation policy meets the conditions of the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have a right to cancel the course
within 7 working days without giving a reason.
The 7 working days start from the day after the day you receive the first
two modules. You should also be informed that you have the right to a
'cooling off' period of a further 7 days, during which you can cancel
your course for any reason.
In this event you will be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning
the modules. The cost of return is the only charge that will be levied.
Where you exercise your right to cancel, we will return your money within
30 days of cancellation.
Delivery
We will arrange with you an agreed time to deliver the first two modules.
We will deliver the first two modules within 30 days, unless you have
agreed to a longer time. If we cannot deliver within this time we well
inform you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If another
time is unsuitable, we will offer you a full refund.
Handling Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. We
will deal with complaints effectively. Our system for handling complaints
will be:
- Fair
- Confidential
- Effective
- Easy to use and well-publicised
- Speedy - We should have time limits for taking action and telling
you what we are doing
- Informative - so that you know which services we need to improve
- Simple to understand and use - and checked - to make sure that it
is working well and getting better

All rights, including copyright, in the IAPH website and its contents, are
owned by or licensed to the IAPH, or otherwise used by the IAPH as permitted
by applicable law.
In accessing the IAPH website (www.hypnoanalysis.com), you agree that you
will access the contents solely for your own private use but not for any
commercial or public use. You may print parts of the website for personal
use only, or for submitting an application for the course.
Except as permitted above, you undertake not to copy, store in any medium
(including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast,
modify, or show in public any part of the IAPH website without the prior
written permission of the IAPH or in accordance with the Copyright, Designs
and Patents Act 1988.

which take effect immediately on your first use of the site. The IAPH reserves
the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes

home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of the IAPH.

this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain
in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be
exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full you must not use
the website.
